Project Brief & Skillset Role:
Skillset duty is (EPCCS) Engineering, Procurement, Construction ,Commissioning And Start Up for IPIC’s new surface protection plant to cover the following products:.
1- Painting :
There are spray painting, electrostatic painting, electrodeposition painting, powder painting methods,
and are generally used for surface decorations, anti-rusting and anti-corrosion.
Recently, functional painting such as electro-conductive painting, non-adhesive painting, and lubricating painting
are in active uses.
2- The Thermal Spraying :
Metals and ceramics (oxides, carbides, nitrides) powders
are jetted into flames, arcs, plasma streams to be dissolved and be sprayed onto surfaces.
Typically used as paint primer bases on larger structural objects, and ceramic thermal spraying for wear prevention.
3- Surface Hardening :
This is a process of metal surface alteration, such as carburizing, nitriding, and induction hardening of steel.
The processes improve anti-wear properties and fatigue strength by altering metal surface properties.
Skillset Provided a Complete Service Including the Following Activities:
- Visibility study including detailed market study.
- Financial modeling.
- Engineering for civil activity, and construction for required utilities.
- Engineering for power feeding.
- Engineering for mechanical utility.
- Managing & monitoring all construction activities.
- Managing and monitoring the machinery transportation and assembly Activities.
- Managing and monitoring the electrical and instrument activities for blasting machines and painting equipment.
- Execution of all tests for mill’s systems.
- Providing the required Training for the production and maintenance teams .
- Issuance for the quality control system.
- Provide Training and awareness for the quality codes and spec’s.
- Issuance for the execution procedures.
- Issuance for safety procedures including handling and storage for hazardous materials.
- Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
- Start up activity.
- Successful production and custody transfer to IPIC.
